Amanda is an adult gastroenterologist at University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). She completed her post-graduate medical education at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where she had training in clinical research and care of patients with celiac disease. Her research interests include health disparities and translational research in celiac disease. Amanda is also a member of the Beyond Celiac DEI Advisory Board.
