Patients Rising is a patient education and support platform providing direct, personalized access to information and a network of public and nonprofit programs and resources. Here you’ll find reliable, expertly curated information via our learning modules which include traditional content, videos, ebooks, webinars, podcasts, and infographics. They will even help you navigate the healthcare system by identifying resources for you on the federal, state, and local levels.
IBDMoms is a safe space for moms affected by IBD (Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, or indeterminate colitis) as patients and/or caregivers to come and commune, chat and cry, ask and answer, laugh, and laugh some more. The IBDMoms online community enables moms to share experiences and stories with other moms affected by IBD, without reservations or misunderstandings.
